About the Author :
Lisa & Andrew Smith, Broker-Associates Andrew Smith and his wife, Lisa, own and operate, The Smith Team, a successful real estate team that originated in Bryan-College Station, TX where they averaged selling over 100 homes a year for over a decade. They relocated to Montgomery, TX, in 2010 when Andrew accepted a position coaching and training real estate agents at an office with nearly 200 agents. Having been in the real estate industry over 17 & 19 years respectively (and over 15 & 17 years as a Brokers), and sold over 1200 transactions. In fact, Andrew sold 62 homes his first calendar year in the business and earned the prestigious "Rookie of the Year" award. The Smith Team went on to become the #1 team in their respective offices, in many different categories. Lisa earned her staging certification in 2007 and it has been instrumental in helping their clients sell their homes faster and for more money. They specialize in selling homes that other agents have been unable to sell. They've sold well over 100 listings that the previous agent was unable to sell. They currently lead a course for Business Professionals at their church, The Ark, in Conroe, TX. They also teach other real estate classes. Andrew is certified to teach CE real estate courses as well as leadership courses as a certified member of the John Maxwell Team. Both Lisa and Andrew are graduates of Texas A&M University with degrees in Journalism - class of 1993). They have four wonderful children: Julia Christian, Alyssa Riley, Hunter Isaiah & Palmer Jett and one beautiful German Shephard named Aero (Smith) and a Chihuahua mix named Mario Speedwagon.
