This book was written primarily for any future historians who might be interested.
A new philosophy system emerged in late December 1995 and was published in January or February 1996.
In this book I briefly give my account of its development, presentation and reception
by the philosophy specialists to whose attention it came.

E-PS
Primal senses - sight, sound, touch, taste and smell - express a world of definite, discrete, static facts about which we _supposedly_ identify with each other ... but clearly do not.
High intellect - aware of indefinite- -dynamic multifaceted experience - expresses intellect, which seems true-to-life, as follows:
"Effect, through, and indeed as, tension of relationship of 'forces', indefinite- -dynamic and multifaceted";
featuring 'forces' are indefinite- -dynamic and determine indefinite- -dynamic effects .... clearly so.
This is Mother Nature.
Most ideologies, Atheistic and Teistic, express definite, discrete, static facts about which we _supposedly_ identify with each other, which clearly we do not, though autocrats- -monsters may force the individual to submit to, endorse and promote such crude intellectual development; they try to suppress and stifle individuality.
E-PS Ethics:
"The individual as an individual in tension with the individual as a member of a society".
An age equipped with technology to enslave or destroy the world is hereby prompted to consider how potentially fatal primal intellect-informed ideologies are ... and the autocrats- -monsters they generate.
Perhaps this is a vain hope at a time when much of the English-speaking world seems to seize an atom-like iota of data and to flaunt it as their social persona, in a space of like-minded people, totally resistant to being challenged to integrate it with the rest of the Universe ... of featuring 'forces'.
By returning to first principles, not just Philosophy but all sciences are re-examined.
A circle completes from Quantum Dynamics to Q.D., chained by Categoricalism and Relativity along the way.
E-PS - Relationalism - transcends those stages of evolution, expressing and reconnecting to indefinite- -dynamic essence, as in Q.D. - a coherent, true-to-life formulation of the nature of things.

About the Author :
As the title of this publication implies, I am also the author of a new philosophy system: E-PS. My development was as my own man, outside of academia, free of the tyranny of orthodoxy ...
I felt conventional/classical philosophy featured a logic leap, from individual-specific, indefinite- -dynamic natural 'forces' to categorical forms.
I would not readily subscribe to that logic, preferring to try to develop leap-free logic.
I did not want to risk inundating my brain with it, never to transcend it. I still don't!
This stand-alone-independent-thinking and the inclusions- -changes of the continuous development of form (of ideas) over the many years, together with the necessary novel requirements to express the new system, as well as time pressure over the years and a preference to be concentrated so as to get ideas down quickly when they popped to emergence and for ease of review, etc., probably influenced my writing style.
I guess I was rather a shock to specialist academic philosophers.
