About the Book

Once upon a time, the earth had only three colors: red, blue, and green. Then came Judoe. Judoe was born a man, but then he had an encounter with the "Unknown and Unheard Of." Because of his great purity and spirit, Judoe was granted power over color. He used his gift to create a rainbow of beautiful new colors. Judoe was considered great by many, but not all were happy with his newfound abilities. His brother, Atumbo, had his own gift from the "Unknown and Unheard Of" but was jealous of Judoe's greater power and rebelled against him. Now, Judoe's human wife and first-born sons have managed to strip him of his powers and set themselves up as rulers of the earth. The world has turned gray and chaos reigns over every nation. In this time of great strife, a chosen one will rise up and claim his family's legacy. Will he be strong enough to undo the jealous gods' damage? Fans of fantasy, mythology, and paranormal romance will enjoy immersing themselves in this intricate, metaphysical tale about a family of gods that could potentially destroy all of humankind.

About the Author :
Chris N.K. Baidoe fell in love with colors during a painting class. At the age of thirteen, he was entranced by the mixture of different colors and the dominance of some over others. The seeds of the story recounted in Coladoe were planted in his head, and he let them grow there for the next fifteen years. Now, he is finally publishing Coladoe, which combines imaginative storytelling with Baidoe's passion for colors. Baidoe grew up in Ghana and moved to Brooklyn, New York, in high school. He has since lived in Manhattan, as well as in Cincinnati and Fairfield, Ohio, and Moorhead, Minnesota.
