But others, who have some knowledge to the inner workings of how creative and far reaching clandestine operations work in this country using highly advanced technology, might take it very serious...maybe, with fright. Newspaper reporter, John Wentworth and Sheriff Ray Baker were long time friends from childhood, living in a little town of Ohio. They first learned of prisoners disappearing without a trace in front of them both.John began investigating to learn the whereabouts of these people; then expanded his search with the help of a good college buddy, who was an excellent news researcher at a newspaper in Dallas Texas. From there, more of their college buddies, who were living in Denver Colorado got involved, too. They formed a secret group to gather the facts and learn the truth.Sheriff Baker, also, wanted answers and went on a mission to find his predecessor, Sheriff Ralph Ziegler, who left town. After a new Municipal Judge arrived, Sheriff Ziegler soon quit his job as acting sheriff within a few months without a second thought. He gave a three day notice, but upped and left in the middle of the night the next day.Beforehand, the financial worth and global standing of the United States was in shambles. But, within a few short years it started increasing exponentially after almost complete collapse. It was gratefully accepted by big and small business, politicians on both sides of the isle, and all the people in general in the country. But how was this possible in such a short time?It turned out that there were three scientists, Dr. Albert Weizmann, Dr. Erich Schneider, and Dr. Eugene White, who had created a shadow committee, working secretly undercover in the basement of the Pentagon. Inside the secret lab, there was a supercomputer, named Evelyn, built with great success. It had only one competitor standing in the way with better speed and functionality...the human brain.Milton Brewster, who was the top economist in the country, soon thereafter joined the shadow committee. Although he was a civilian and contracted mainly with government officials and government contractors, he became bored with his work routine. So, he got involved with his old friend and college comrade, Dr. Weizmann. He felt that this secret project was a brand new and more exciting way of life of unthinkable action.If anybody understood the fate of the country, it was Milton. He knew time was very short for the survival of America; and the government, controlled entirely by big business, wouldn't and couldn't do anything to help...it was just too late in their eyes.Milton knew that even if the conditions and cooperation were perfect: to educate, train, and allow for experience to mold the workforce...time would not permit it.Therefore, Milton devised a system for finding people of low character and worth, whom Evelyn would then reprogram. With changing their degrading and ignorant intellect to that of a high and specialized knowledgeable person, he would then place them in good income producing jobs. Not just in this country but throughout the world, creating tax revenue. It wasn't just from those individuals, but, also, from their employers paying payroll taxes as well.
