About the Author :
Georgia Stone is the School Employability Manager for Arts and Humanities and a lecturer in media at Nottingham Trent University.   Matthew Kerry is a lecturer and Course Leader in Media Production at Nottingham Trent University.

Very sound. It is borne out of knowledge and experience and definitely meets a need… I am aware of the work that Georgia and Matt have done and the impact that they have had on the outcomes of students. A book like this would be very useful for my students…I think that this feels very contemporary and relevant really… I would have plenty of confidence in it to recommend it as a set-text for our students. The structure of the book would form an excellent module outline to help construct a placement preparation module… The proposal sounds good and the content would have value. This textbook looks to meet the needs of a wide range of students in our school… I would certainly use it and recommend it to colleagues… I hope this book is published and I genuinely look forward to reading it. The general approach is active, practical, informative, but also seeks to inspire the student to act. I think it would be very well received. This textbook closely meets our students’ needs… The text fills a gap in the existing list of available textbooks as none is aimed directly at the cohort of art and media students. This makes this proposal an extremely strong one.
