About the Book

Nowadays, there are more than 32 million web operators in Iran, but unfortunately for improving public organizations function, this technology is not applied effectively in administrative systems and in Human resource management. Public organizations face increasing unfolding and challenges; so they have to confront some of these challenges. This book which is arranged in six chapters clarifies the concepts and solutions, and introduces the suggestions to develop this knowledge. We hope that this book can be a step forward toward a perfect human resource management. and to be a choice in solving the organizational problems.

About the Author :
Reihaneh Mosalanejad: Bachelor in Public Administration(B.P.A.), at Payame Noor University, Jahrom Branch; M.A.in Human Resource Management at Payame Noor University, Shiraz Branch, Fars province, Iran. She began her work as a University instructor in different universities such as Payame Noor University, Islamic Azad University, and ACECR (Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research).She has done several researches; attended two conferences in Barcelona(Spain), and three other in Shiraz University. In addition, she published three ISI indexed papers in Journal of American Science, and two other in International Journal of New Organizational Trends and Researches, and published a Scopus indexed paper in Mediterranean journal of social sciences. All these studies were on Management.
