About the Author :
Our Founders Rick Durham and Lisa Hornaday are consultants, speakers, and authors. They are the founders of LessonsGroup. LessonsGroup does leadership, teamwork, and business process improvement with Fortune 500 companies, midsize and small organizations, educational institutions, and all levels of government. They have more than 30 years of experience partnering with executives, managers, and teams. Rick and Lisa have served as talent development and business improvement leaders for several large organizations. These organizations include, Coors Brewing Company, Lucent Technologies, and the State of Arizona. Rick has a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Lisa has a Master's degree in Management, Human Relationship, and Organizational Behavior from the University of Phoenix.
