About the Author :
Dr Codner is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Emory University. He has has authored 7 textbooks, over 100 articles and invited book chapters, and given over 200 lectures around the world as an educator in his field of medicine. Dr. Codner is Chairman of both the Atlanta Oculoplastic Symposium and the Atlanta Breast Symposium, which brings leaders in plastic surgery from around the world together to share information.Dr. Codner is recognized by his peers, having been awarded the prestigious Sherrell Aston Award by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has been invited to perform educational surgery in Cairo, Rio de Janeiro, Canada, Peru, and Belgium. He volunteers his service to his specialty with leadership in the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
