About the Book

The story you are about to read is part truth and part fiction but the end result would be the same regardless; at least, I think it would. It revolves around a small community with a beautiful church just at the entrance of town, almost on the county line. The church was a landmark which greeted people coming to and fro. People have even said when they were coming home late at night the stained glass window depicting Jesus knocking on the door made them feel safe. If anyone asked for directions, it would always be "Go straight till you see the big church on the corner, St. Timothy's, and then go straight about two more blocks, and you will come to the center of town." Now St Timothy's was a beautiful church with Spanish looking architecture even though it was in a community that was originally made up of Polish, German, and Irish immigrants. We are just arriving about two weeks before Christmas, and there is a light snow on the ground. It's a very traditional community with neat little houses all adorned in lights to light the way for the Christ child. Come with me now and watch and listen as this story unfolds. I think you will be glad you came.
