Ellen Ernst Kossek is the Basil S. Turner Professor at Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and Research Director of the Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence. Kyung-Hee Lee is a research associate and project manager at the Susan Bulkeley Butler Center for Leadership Excellence at Purdue University.
