Review :
"As a single parent, I first went to Dr. Sharps with no energy, depleted, down, extremely health challenged, and with mood swings. Weight was not an issue. I had no idea what was getting me so very down. Over time, I changed my diet from almost I 00% processed foods, and transformed my health and life. Now, in my business as a health and fitness instructor, my mission and vision is: "Fit for Life." Diets don't work, but altering your lifestyle, slowly each day, does. I respect Dr. Sharps for his education, leadership, mentoring, and mostly his complete passion and dedication to help others learn the simple ways to alter their lives, take charge of their destiny, and overcome effects of past health Issues." -Kathy Grad, President, Kathy's Fitness Training "This book will reshape your perspective in a new, fresh, meaningful, powerful, and beneficial way. It has provided me with a core understanding of health principles - principles that are the bedrock and anchor for evaluating all my options in the area of natural health. This book equips you with the foundational tools necessary to view the concepts of natural health and healing from a grounded and sound perspective. With such an anchor, I am not lured into today's marketing of the latest, greatest "discoveries" in natural healing. As a backdrop from which all other things can be evaluated, it helps remove the confusion and clutter from your thought processes for building a sound philosophy about natural health, healing, and wellness." -Shirley Powell, ND, CHP, CNC "Dr. Sharps was already my favorite doctor, now, he is my favorite author. I have been able to share his expertise with members of my family and my patients who do not live close enough to have him as their doctor. This book has enabled them as readers, to get the same benefits I have as his patient. I know this book will be as life-changing/or them as his care and treatment have been for me. Everyone needs a copy of this book, and to give it as a gift to someone they know who suffers from many kinds of ailments." -Dr. Vaughan Dabbs, DC, DACBO
