About the Book

On the heels of his inaugural, ground breaking volume, "Quenched Like a Wick," author Drew Simmons now journeys where few have gone before. Starting with Isaiah and continuing through to Revelation, he shows how the prophetic text of the Bible applies to our day. The vision is made plain before us as Drew progresses through Scripture line by line, precept by precept. Just as the prophet Hosea explains how God spoke to the prophets of old using points of comparison, Drew reveals how those connections allow us to form a complete and accurate picture of the last days. Get out your Bible and follow along as we begin to see how the days ahead will unfold according to the whole of Scripture, rightly divided. "Rain down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness; let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the LORD, have created it. About the Author :
Drew Simmons has spent the past 18 years as a professional Software Engineer, the discipline of which, he says, transfers exceptionally well to decoding the often cryptic end-time passages in the Bible. A renaissance man of sorts, he's not afraid to take on a wide variety of projects, whether it be renovating his house, building a chicken coop with his brother or making sourdough bread by hand every Sunday for his family. Drew is one of eight children and relishes deep conversations over a good cup of coffee. He roots for the Chicago Bears every fall with his wife Kari and three adorable girls from their home in the heart of Illinois.
