About the Book

The Code is a fresh approach to biblical truth, presenting the Bible as a manual of instruction for human existence, a coded document whose proper interpretation requires a divine code. Without this code, Scripture is obscure, misinterpreted, and abused. This book unveils the secret of the divine code and takes the reader on a unique journey inside the kingdom of God. Possession of this code opens up doors, which no one can even begin to imagine. Although this book is about the Bible, it is not a religious book and is suitable for anyone who is willing to think outside the box, an excellent resource for self-discovery.

About the Author :
Born in 1950, Mr. Leonard Kabunga is a Ugandan, married with kids. In 1974 he graduated at Makerere University as an Actuary, worked at Uganda Commercial Bank, now Stanbic Bank LTD, until his retirement in 1994. A keen musician in his early days, he was the first Ugandan to organize a national campaign against HIV/AIDS in 1989/90 through Music, Dance, Drama and Fine Art, code named AIDSQUAKE. The World Health Organization (WHO) fully sponsored the campaign, which saw the participation of more than 1,000 artistes throughout the country. Mrs. Janet Museveni, First Lady of Uganda, officially opened the campaign on the first World AIDS Day, 30th December, 1989. Brought up as a Catholic, Mr. Kabunga became born again in the year 2000 and began reading the Bible for the first time in his life in 2000. This led to an on-going research into biblical truth that culminated into a unique personal relationship with God devoid of religious barriers. This relationship has completely transformed Mr. Kabunga's life, opening up doors that he never knew existed. It has helped him to re-examine himself critically and put meaning to life in a world characterized by wickedness, corruption, violence, poverty, disease and a complete breakdown of our moral fiber. Though now born again, Mr. Kabunga is dismayed by the current worldwide abuse of spiritual power within the born again community, almost with impunity. He is dismayed to see millions of hungry souls being led to the slaughter house "in the name of Jesus!" simply because they do not know the truth. This is not to say that there are no genuine born again religious leaders out there. Indeed, Mr. Kabunga is indebted to several international televangelists such as Mrs. Joyce Meyer of the Joyce Meyers Ministry, Dr. Myles Munroe in Bahamas, Mr. J.S. Obonyo and Mrs. Macrene of Uganda who have greatly inspired his work during the last 10 years. The Code is a journey into the kingdom of God that cannot be accomplished in one single event like this one. It is simply a tip of the iceberg. Hopefully, this book will awaken the readers' consciousness to self-discovery and help them to look at the Holy Bible in an entirely new perspective; not as a religious book reserved for prayer and religious ceremony, but as a manual of instruction for a more satisfying life, here on earth and in the afterlife. Mr. Kabunga is not a priest or a pastor and does not intend to start a church. He is an ordinary person inspired by Christ Jesus.
