About the Author :
Gennifer Albin holds a master's degree in English literature from the University of Missouri. During her student years she served as an editor for Pleiades and The Missouri Review, and since then she's founded the tremendously popular blog the connected mom. Elizabeth Fama is the author of Overboard, an ALA Best Book for Young Adults. She lives with her family in Chicago, Illinois. Lish McBride was raised by wolves in the Pacific Northwest. It rains a lot there, but she likes it anyway. She spent three years away while she got her MFA in fiction from the University of New Orleans, and she liked that too, although the hurricane did leave much of her stuff underwater. She enjoys reading, having geek-laden conversations about movies, comics, and zombies with her friends, and of course trying to wear pajamas as much as humanly possible. Currently, Lish lives happily in Seattle where the weather never actually tries to kill you, with her family, two cats, and one very put-upon Chihuahua. She is slowly building her lawn gnome army. Marie Rutkoski is the author of The Kronos Chronicles, including The Cabinet of Wonders. She is a professor at Brooklyn College, where she teaches Renaissance Drama, children's literature, and creative writing. She lives in New York City. Ann Aguirre is a national bestselling author whose first novel for young adults, Enclave, was praised as "for fans of The Hunger Games" by Publishers Weekly. She lives in Mexico with her husband, two children, two cats, and one very lazy dog. Since earning an MA in Writing Seminars at John Hopkins University, Caragh O'Brien has been a high school teacher, a published author of romance novels, and now a novelist for teens. Her novels BIRTHMARKED and PRIZED were named YALSA Best Fiction for Young Adults.
