Douglas Berdie, Ph.D., is President of Consumer Review Systems, Inc. John F. Anderson, Ph.D., and Marsha A. Niebuhr are President and Vice President of Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates, Inc., a firm specializing in marketing and survey research. All three authors live in St. Paul, Minnesota.
