ABDUCTOR MEDII DIG1TI PEDIS, Arises, tendinous and fleshy, from the inside of the root of the metatarsal bone of the middle toe internally. Inserted, tendinous, into the inside of the root of the first joint of the midlde toe. Use. To pull the middle toe inwards. 2. ABDUCTOR TERTII DIGITI PEDIS, Arises, tendinous aud fleshy, from the inside and inferior part of the root of the metatarsal bone of the third toe. Inserted, tendinous, into the inside of the root of the first joint of the third toe. Use. To pull the third toe inwards. 3. ADBUCTOB MINIMI DIGITI PEDIS, Arises, tendinous and fleshy, from the inside of the root of the metatarsal bone of the little toe.
