About the Book

It takes more than just having a potential for one to produce good music that is acceptable. A good artist must know how to write a good song, awaken his creative spirit and then use these to make his song unique, spectacular and acceptable.

About the Author :
Yiro Abari was born in a mining town in Plateau State Nigeria on November 11th, 1970. In 1992, he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and Mining from the University of Jos, Nigeria. His interest in writing started in the mid-eighties when he discovered the Nigerian weekly, the Lagos Weekend, which he became literally addicted to it. In other to get his classmates in secondary school to discover what he has discovered, he formed the habit of making manuscript copies of articles he found very interesting and pasting them on his school's notice board. More than a decade after, his own articles started appearing in a local news paper, The Nigerian Standard, in Jos Plateau State in 1996. In 1998 Yiro started comparing the works of highly successful music artists on one hand with those of modest successes on the other hand with the aim of discovering what the successful artists have that the others lack. Seeing that there is a remarkable local interest for professional musicianship but where the basic knowledge needed in other to succeed is lacking, he decided to put together what he learnt during his comparison of music artists into a book to help intending artists. In 2007, Yiro started publishing local news by the name of News Tower. He also has a music blog Nightingale, in addition to being an author of Ezinearticles. Yiro is also interested in environmental matters and travelling.
