As many "service industry" employees will tell you, every time they think that they've seen it all, someone proves them wrong. From retail clerks, to waitress' we can all tell you. People, the public we enjoy serving, sometimes have some interesting interpretations of the type of service and rights they are entitled to. Those of us still in this industry enjoy the ever changing and challenging situations. Many seasoned sales people will tell you that buying and selling is an extremely emotional issue. The author of this book has spent over thirty seven years doing what it takes in quest of learning the art of selling, as well as the art of survival. Together with his wife Deb, They own a pet shop "Aquaria Pets" in Hutchinson Minnesota. What could possibly happen there? After all it's a place of enchantment and wonder.
