About the Author :
ANNA POWELL is a Senior Lecturer in Film Studies in the English Department of Manchester Metropolitan University, UK. She is the author of Psychoanalyis and Sovereignty in Popular Vampire Fictions (2003), Deleuze and Horror Film (2005) and has published essays on Gothic themes in film, literature and popular culture. ANDREW SMITH is Professor of English Studies at the University of Glamorgan, UK.
