As a National Board certified teacher and seasoned veteran to the profession, the new teacher struggle is not new to Roxanna Elden. She speaks on education issues around the country, providing humor, honesty, and advice to teachers and those who love them. She lives and teaches in the Miami-Dade County Public School district.
