Umit S Bititci is Professor of Business Performance at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, UK. Agnessa Spanellis is a Senior Lecturer at The University of Edinburgh, UK, where she teaches modules on Systems Approaches to Sustainability and Business Thinking.
