Review :
"The book is packed with rational and practical guidance, examples and case studies. It challenges the thinking around DEI and demonstrates not only the obvious of putting inclusion at the core of organizational purpose and strategy, but argues one step further - thinking of inclusion as the strategy. Perhaps we do that and all the rest we are after comes as a result. The book delivers new and refreshing ideas, bringing in nicely the Industry 4.0 and future of work perspectives, to provide the reader with a plethora of ideas and practical tools to unlock talent and teams potential. A fantastic read and highly recommended for people who are in a position to look after other people - all of us." "This is a-must read practical guide for anyone in business today. Not only does this book include practical tools and methodologies to cultivate and embed an inclusive culture at work, it also challenges our own mindset and unconscious biases to promote self-awareness, enabling better decision making." "Essential to leaders, academics, D&I experts, and strategists across sectors & disciplines, 'The Key to Inclusion' is a truly comprehensive and applied work that can act both as a support for individual and team growth as well as a catalyst for tangible change in all forms of organizations. Accessible, robust, researched, grounded and compassionate, the team have spanned the full range of individual, social and systemic factors in this complex topic." "The Key to Inclusion democratizes D&I for leaders at all career stages reflecting modern challenges and rapidly evolving environments, with abundant actionable insights to make a significant positive difference from tomorrow." "The Key to Inclusion takes an holistic approach in this insightful and practical guide, helping the reader understand what individuals, teams and organizations can do to move towards a more inclusive workplace and foster a sense of belonging at work. Each of us has a responsibility to take action now." "The Key to Inclusion is a great read for anyone looking to create true inclusion by changing their personal and organizational behaviours. The book tackles key topics such as hybrid working, polarisation and the future of inclusion, bringing together experiences and examples from a number of expert voices." "This book is a must-read for those wanting to make significant impact in how their organization think about and implement inclusion initiatives." "This fourth book from Steve Frost and community reads like an orchestral masterpiece for busy brains. Drawing on the decade-proven Understand, Lead, Deliver approach, the proof-hungry reader hears from multiple voices around the globe, to further empower knowledge, strategy and action for Self, Organizational systems, and Societal Impact. Good to see how the innovative Inclusion Diagnostic makes its way into embedding ESG, Hybrid work and AI principles too." "The Key To Inclusion is genuinely a guide and handbook for those seeking to release the benefits and overcome the challenges associated with DEI. Stephen and the contributors' innate understanding of the interconnected topics is undeniable. This book demystifies seemingly complex subjects, practically empowering the reader to conceive programmes and initiatives that ultimately alter attitudes and biases, creating a pathway for racial equity and fairness to flow. Social justice just gained a new weapon and I highly recommend anyone championing DEI, to arm themselves with a copy."
