About the Author :
Andy Cotgreave speaks and trains internationally on the topic of data communication. He spent 15 years as the data evangelist at Tableau. He has keynoted at events around the world including Big Data London, Gartner Analytics Summits and the Information Is Beautiful Awards. Amanda Makulec, MPH, is a data visualization designer, teacher, and speaker who has worked with teams to visualize health data responsibly in more than a dozen countries around the world. She is also a founding board member and former Executive Director for the global Data Visualization Society. Jeffrey Shaffer is the Director of the Applied AI Lab and the Kirk and Jacki Perry Professor of Analytics and Assistant Professor-Educator at the University of Cincinnati in the Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Steve Wexler is the founder and chief chart looker-atter at Data Revelations. He has helped hundreds of organizations worldwide communicate better with data.
