Through coaching and meditation, Galyon has been able to be a source of calm for others and hopes to create a book that creates a similar space for each reader. A calm space to call upon when facing a pivotal moment in life. A space that provides the reader with the insight that they are not alone in their experience and that their emotions are valid. Then to provide them with the tools, in the form of a guided meditation, to navigate through the experience and get them to a centered space from which healing is possible.
The book will be broken into a series of pivotal moments that commonly induce stress, worry, overwhelm, anxiety or fear. Each section will highlight a specific pivotal moment (the loss of a loved one, moving on from a relationship, etc.) and take them through a meditation on and a meditation for that specific life experience.
The goal would be for this to be a source of calm for people to call upon throughout their life as those moments arise or to prepare them for when they inevitably will. Rather than a “how to” book this will be centered around experiential learning where readers begin to embody the concepts in a safe and guided space that gives them an ability to trust the method before putting it into daily practice. This is not where the healing resides, but rather, a safe space to go to prepare yourself for the healing when the time is right, and you are ready. A moment to let everything settle so you can see clearly and determine your next best step.
