Is to bring before the reader the knowledge of those means by which the health and Vigor of the constitution may be promoted. In dcmg so I wish to state that in many instanccs a repeti tion of statements have been made. This has not been done. However, without the writer's knowledge. As a whole there are, however, many conclu sions drawn which may or may not be new. Let this be as it may, I have carefully measured its correctness before pre senting them.
