About the Author :
JAMES A. GREEN is a Lecturer in the School of Law at the University of Reading, UK. He was previously a researcher at the universities of Nottingham and Michigan. He is the author of The International Court of Justice and Self-Defence in International Law, which was awarded the Francis Lieber Prize for an exceptional work in the field of law and armed conflict.   CHRISTOPHER WATERS is the Associate Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor, Canada. In 2006-07 he was a Visiting Research Fellow in the 'Changing Character of War' programme at the University of Oxford. His publications include Counsel in the Caucasus and The State of Law in the South Caucasus.
