About the Author :
Chip Zdarsky became well-known as the artist of the award-winning Sex Criminals and the writer of Kaptara, both from Image Comics. Howard the Duck was his first Marvel series, soon followed by books including Marvel 2-in-One and Peter Parker- The Spectacular Spider-Man. Now one of the leading writers in comics, Zdarsky has wowed readers with his Daredevil run; limited series such as X-Men/Fantastic Four, Spider-Man- Life Story and Spider-Man- Spider's Shadow; and creative covers including his "How to Draw" variants. Karla Pacheco is a general vagabond and former radio deejay turned comedy writer and comics creator. She's written for Dynamite Entertainment, Oni (Rick & Morty) and Marvel (Gwenpool, Fearless, Punisher Annual, Fantastic Four 2099, Spider-Woman). Pacheco lives in the Pacific Northwest on a boat named "The Slippery Pig" with her dog Edison, and won the Exxon Valdez from the movie Waterworld by fighting in the Thunderdome. Yes, really. Gerry Duggan has become one of Marvel's most influential writers, having first made an impression at the House of Ideas with a lengthy and always surprising Deadpool run alongside his frequent writing partner, Brian Posehn. Among Duggan's solo credits are Nova, Hulk and multiple tie-ins to the Secret Wars event. He added Deadpool to the revamped roster of Uncanny Avengers and brought his unique blend of action and humor to All-New Guardians of the Galaxy, leading up to the cosmic event series Infinity Wars. Marauders and Cable established him as a vital part of the storytelling team for the Dawn of X era, a role he has cemented further by launching the blockbuster new X-Men title. Duggan's earlier collaboration with artist Phil Noto - The Infinite Horizon, a reimagining of Homer's The Odyssey in a dystopian future - earned an Eisner Award nomination for Best New Series. Marco Checchetto's early contributions to revivals of Marvel Comics Presents and Squadron Supreme revealed him as one of the industry's top new talents. Checchetto has made his mark on both the Marvel Universe - with runs on Amazing Spider-Man, Daredevil and Punisher - and a galaxy far far away with Star Wars- Obi-Wan and Anakin and the post-Return of the Jedi thriller Journey to Star Wars- The Force Awakens - Shattered Empire. Spanish artist Pere Perez has worked for Moonstone Books (Twilight Crusade- Templar), Devil's Due (Dragonlance Chronicles), Dynamite Entertainment (Savage Tales), Valiant Entertainment (Archer & Armstrong, Faith) and DC Comics (Action Comics, Batgirl). For Marvel, Perez has illustrated Deadpool vs. Punisher, Rogue & Gambit and War of the Realms- X-Men. He joined writer Karla Pacheco on a lengthy, well-received Spider-Woman run. Spanish artist Manuel Garcia studied architecture for years before breaking into comic books, drawing a Conan pin-up for a Spanish publication. Entering the American market with a DC Comics Robin story in 2001, he moved to Marvel where his credits have included the Daredevil movie adaptation, Avengers, Thunderbolts, Marvel Adventures the Avengers, Mystique, Spider-Man- Breakout, Black Panther, Marvel Adventures Fantastic Four and Wisdom. He has worked on DC projects such as Countdown.
