Born in India into a family of educators, artists, and visionaries, Varun's world was shaped early by classical music, stage performance, and spiritual inquiry. With over 18 years of vocal training in Indian classical music, he learned to feel the power of emotion and vibration long before he knew how to articulate it with words. His creative journey took him from school plays to the editing tables of Bollywood. After studying filmmaking at Symbiosis in Pune and working in the Indian film industry for over six years, Varun sought to explore deeper callings-ones that combined purpose with transformation. He moved to the United States and earned his MBA in International Marketing from California State University, Long Beach, expanding his expertise into the business and strategy space. But evolution didn't stop there. In the years that followed, Varun became a California-licensed real estate broker and founded Nanda Realty, the state's first AI-powered cloud brokerage. He flipped homes, launched digital tools, mentored creators, and designed spiritually inspired spaces through his MASS DOMES project-earthquake-resilient sanctuaries for Music, Arts, Spirituality, and Sustainability. A devoted father and husband, Varun is also four years sober, embracing a life of clarity, faith, and daily spiritual practice.
