Be it enacted by the General Assembly o f the Common wealth of Kentucky: That the circuit courts for Franklin county shall, after their March term, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight, begin on the fourth Mondays in February, the second Mondays in June and October, and continue twelve juridical days at each term.
