They came by the Great Western. We learn lhat the Secretary of Ihe Treasury hat ordered the Revenue Culler Hamilton, Capt. Sturgis, to proceed forlhwilh to the British Provinces, to ascertain the true causes which have led to the seizure of American fishing vessels for alleged encroachment upon British ground, and to report the same lo the Department.--Boston Post. The Encampment.--On Monday last, a mounted detachment of the United States Dragoons, numbering between 80 and 90 men, from the Carlisle Barracks, under command of Capt. E. V.
