ON THE DUTIES OF PERSONS ENGAGED IN TRADE AND BUSINESS. _l HE perfons, to whom this chapter is intended principally to refer, are bankers, merchants, factors or agents, and manufacturers. The method which will be purfued is the following. Thofe general principles of moral obligation, which may obvioufty be applied to men engaged in any of the abovementioned employments, will be ftated and enforced in the firft place.
