After taking this Dofe (lie fell afleep, and a-gentle Sweat enfued: And' in about two Hours fhe awaked, had a Stool, and brought away feveral Worms of different Sizes. She complained of no Pa'n, except in her Belly. I now left her, with Directions to give her a Quarter of a Paper of Powder every fix Hour.', to keep her from gttting Gold, and tcr give her Gruel to drink. She took four Doles of the Powtkr as above mentioned, and fweated greatly for 30 Hours, during which Time fhe bad feveral fetid Stools, and brought off a very great Number of Worms, fome dead, but moft of them alive.. From this Time fhe began to recover, and in three Weeks was able to walk up a Hill, which a Difficulty of breathing for fix Months before had prevented her from doing. I gave her an. Ounce of Elixir.
