Mr. John Marshall, Jr.--I move, Mr. President, that the roll-call be dispensed with and that we proceed with the program. Motion seconded and carried. The President--The next order of business is the reading of the minutes of the last meeting, and this will be done by the Secretary, unless there is a motion to the contrary. Mr. Marshall--I move that the reading of the minutes be dispensed with. Motion seconded and carried. The President--The election of new members is next in order and the Secretary will now read the applications for membership in this Association.
