Should there be any readers who require to be instructed with respect to the truth of these doctrines, I would recommend to them the serious perusal of Jones's excellent little work on the Trinity; Magee on the Atonement; Dr Glocester Ridley's Sermons at Lady Moyer's Lecture on the Divinity and Operations of the Holy Ghost; the volume of Sermons and Charges by the present Bishop of Durham, especially his lordship's Charges in 1797, 1801, and 1810;--with Dr Paley's volume of Sermons, particularly his 7th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th; which I the rather recommend in the present instance, as being in the possession of, or at least accessible to, most persons to whom the present discourse was delivered: and 1 would hope, that they, who deservedly respect the learning and abilities of the late Dr Paley, will read with becoming attention the sermons which be expressly directed by his will to be printed for their use.
