In Folgendem soll dieser Versuch bei einigen der modernen socialen Forderungen gemacht werden, wobei ich mir durchaus nicht verhehle, dafs dies ein schwieriges und vor allem ein undankbares Beginnen ist. Denn derjenige, der sich zwischen zwei streitende Parteien stellt, und als ehrlicher Makler" ein Kompromifs herbeizufuhren trachtet, wird in der Regel von beiden Seiten angefeindet. Beiden Parteien kann er es ja niemals ganz recht machen, der einen geht er zu weit, der anderen nicht weit genug.
