Excerpt: ... BY-LAWS. 1. The annual meeting shall be held in January, on a date to be appointed by the President. 2. Its order of business shall be: Reading of minutes. Report of Secretary. Report of Treasurer. Unfinished business. Reports of committees. New business. Adjournment. 3. Special meetings shall be called by the President upon the written request of three members. 4. A quorum shall consist of five members. 5. These By-Laws may be amended at any regularly called meeting by a majority vote of the members present. 6.
