Excerpt: A Blessed Ankh is a Staff-class weapon found in Golden Sun and Golden Sun: The Lost Age. It is sold as an Artifact in the weapon vendor at Imil in the first game and at Mikasalla in the second. Being a Staff, it can be equipped by Ivan, Mia, Jenna, and Sheba. Interestingly, its appearance in battle when equipped is different than most other staffs, a trait shared with the Angelic Ankh (most likely because it is depicted in Mia's full-body portrait). Its buy value is 1600 coins and its sell value is 1200. The Blessed Ankh increases the wielder's attack by 46. Its Unleash effect is Psyphon Seal, which is effectively a standard physical attack that adds 14 damage points and then modifies the resulting damage based on the user's Jupiter power and the target's Jupiter resistance. It may also seal the target's Psynergy. Psyphon Seal visually resembles the user attacking the target and a holographic purple image resembling the Psynergy Seal icon appearing on impact.
