Excerpt: Dr. Abrams was a scientist who traveled to the Pegasus galaxy with the original members of the Atlantis expedition. He and Dr. Brendan Gall accompanied Dr. Rodney McKay and Major John Sheppard to investigate a Lagrangian Point satellite that had been discovered on Atlantis' sensors. Before investigating the satellite, the Puddle Jumper detected a Wraith distress signal. Sheppard decided to take the scientists and investigate the disturbance. Several minutes after entering the downed Wraith supply ship Abrams and Gall encountered a Wraith commander who had recently awoke from hibernation.
