Excerpt: Beatrice Warren (fl. 19th century) was a witch of the Warren family who possessed the power to freeze. She lived during the 19th century, and was, presumably, a close relative of Laura Anne, Jeffrey and Brianna Bowen. Around 1850, about the time of the Crimean War, Beatrice confronted Zorlaf with the goal of vanquishing him. Despite her power, he managed to chop one of his legs off. It is unknown whether or not she defeated Zorlaf or if he escaped, though it is known that she survived, albeit with only with one leg. Beatrice was born into the Warren family, as a relative of Brianna Bowen and her siblings, Laura Anne and Jeffrey. A descendant of Melinda Warren, she possessed the power of freezing, allowing her to slow down molecules to the point that it appeared that time has stopped. In the mid-19th century, around 1850, Beatrice confronted the mighty demon Zorlaf with the goal of vanquishing him.
