Excerpt: Ann Arki (a play on the word "anarchy") is a villain who is known as the "Queen of Chaos." She is able to appear like a genie and gives out a villain award, called the Arki Award. She appears in the episode "Chaos as Usual," where she wants Hacker to do something dastardly to win the Arki, but when he fails to do so, she sends him a letter saying that he is no longer eligible for the Arki. Baskerville (voiced by Juan Chioran) is a hunchback wolf-like cyborg with a British accent. Hacker often calls him to assist in his evil schemes because he is generally more reliable than Buzz and Delete. This has caused Buzz and Delete to despise him, especially when he takes over their daily jobs like giving Hacker tea, ironing his cape, etc. Baskerville is known to be evil and works cheap.
