One of Hercules' antagonists, mostly out of arrogance and his own stupidity, which has gotten him cursed by Gaia, turned into a peacock, and placed in many other unfortunate situations that poor Hercules usually has to rescue him from, without so much as a thank-you to show for it-though evidently his girlfriend can coax some humility out of him, at least when she knows the magic word to change him back into a human from being a peacock and refuses to tell him!
