Excerpt: Akibi was a member of the Pumpkin Pirates. He's slim, wears a green shirt and has black hair. He, along with Rapanui Pasqua, Rongo, Pukau and Isoka, managed to stop Whetton from pillaging Ruluka 50 years ago and ends up in Ape's Concert through the Rainbow Mist along with Ian. Attach, referred to by most as Attachan, and sometimes referred to as "Flaming Attachan" ), is captain of the Marine Photography Department. Flaming Attachan apparently gets his name because before he closes the shutter he yells "Fire!." Based on a shadowy appearance, Attach is a short and somewhat elderly man with a grayish-brown mustache.
