Excerpt: The A-10 Strike could be ordered by US generals who had reached a certain rank. The strength of the strike depended on the rank attained. At level 1, the strike consisted of a single A-10 Thunderbolt ground attack aircraft, which flew towards a designated target before unleashing a barrage of Gattling gun fire and missiles. At level 2 and level 3, the attack consisted of two and three A-10 s respectively. At the highest level, an A-10 strike could reduce most buildings to rubble. It was also useful against massed enemy units - particularly those lulling in an enemy base. If an enemy ECM tank is located near the strike area, the blast radius will be increased (due to the mistargeting of missiles fired from A-10). Each A-10 carried 6 missiles...
