Excerpt: Ammonites are a race of Bestiae with generally humanoid bodies from the waist upwards (both vaguely and obvious, depending on the creature) and the lower body having characteristics of either a snake, fish, octopus, squid, snail or the namesake ammonite. Just like the Nekomimi, Ammonites seem to be exclusively female. Keeping with their previous human selves, Ammonites show a great propensity to keeping slaves and pets to do their daily work, as well as fight for them. Aiding them in this way of life is their ability to seduce and control a wide range of sentient creatures, both living and dead. This ability is reflected in the class distribution of the species, ranging from the heavenly-voiced Ammonite songstresses, luring the living to their ruin in high sea's icy-cold waves and on bone-strewn cliffs, solely by the seductive sound of their enchanting voices, the practicers of the dark arts of Necromancy, who bring back the souls of the so-deseased, still filled with longing, from the edge of death's cold embrace in their wet grave and into restless thrall in the arms of their mistresses instead, to the keepers of the wild beasts of the seas and enslavers of otherworldly spirits.
