Excerpt: Stolen Industrial Magic Aaron Darnell is a vampire which is introduced to the series in Stolen. He is kidnapped along with Elena Michaels, Savannah Levine, Eve Levine and Ruth Winterbourne by a group of scientists led by Tyrone Winsloe but was later saved by Paige Winterbourne and the inter-racial council. He is described as tall (6' 2"), broad shouldered, tanned, with sandy blond hair and a ruggedly handsome face. He is two hundred years old. He was killed by a stab wound when confronting a man attempting to mug someone. At first, he had no intention of living past a year as he refuses to kill another just to prolong his exsistance. However, he encounters Cassanda DuCharme, a fellow vampire, who convinces him to live by killing bad or sick people. The two begin to date despite their age difference but Cassandra hands him to a mob and flees, leaving Aaron to die. Since then, the two have not spoken until their reunion at the compound...
