Riker in Japanese dubs of Star Trek: The Next Generation and has also done dubs for Steven Seagal, Antonio Banderas, and Nicolas Cage. He has had prominant voice roles in such animes as Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory and Ghost in the Shell. He is currently represented by Mausu Promotion. His wife Yoko Soumi and father Chikao Otsuka are both also seiyus. In 2000 he appeared in the Taikan Suga live-action comedy Blister playing Terada, a sci-fi otaku who blows his life savings on a Delorean and a failed independent movie. Akira Emoto ) is a Japanese actor and director. He is the husband of actress Kazue Tsunogae and father of actor Tasuku Emoto. Anne Suzuki ) is a Japanese actress and model.
