Ma questo appella alla dottrina del teste negativo, che accennai di sopra e niente affatto ha che fare con la ipotesi pura e semplice della reticenza; e per giustificare un dettato non bisogna applicarvi una ipotesi diversa da quella che il dettato contempla.
