That men of intelligence will not, now-a-days, come servilely forward and set their seal, at the age of four-and-twenty, to the entire Thirty-nine Articles, and give their "unfeigned Assent and Consent to all and everything, ' without inquiry.?----And they inquire, is it not more than probable that they will discover--what those who have been ordained above thirty years ago, like the Bishop, must have ascertained long ere this----that there are some things in the Book of Common Prayer which require amendment, many things in it which admit of improvement, much that might be so altered as to give satisfaction to millions?
