California is a pen-insula on the west, yet in the possession of the savages, excepting a small town near the Cape of St. Lucar. Productions.--Twelve hundred-medicinal plants have been described;f pine apples and dates are natives. Olives, almonds and pomegranates flourish. Cotton, pepper, wheat and rice, are cultivated. Rivers.--Many of the rivers a-e large, falling into the Gulf of Mexico or Pacific Ocean. Among which are the Alvarado Gaudalaxara, and Nicaragua. Mountains.--A number of volcanoes are scattered over this country. Popocatepee, 33 miles from Mexi co, has a fiery vent, half a mile in diameter. Jurugo, a small hill, in 1760 burst with flames, and continuing; to pour forth fire and rocks has formed three mountains, 6 miles in circuit. Stones and Minerals.--Of these they have a' rich va

    A Thrilling But Totally Believable Murder Mystery

    Read this in one evening. I had planned to do other things with my day, but it was impossible to put down. Every time I tried, I was drawn back to it in less than 5 minutes. I sobbed my eyes out the entire last 100 pages. Highly recommend!
