Excerpt: The original body of Hiroshi is a man named Yourichi. Yourichi was a boy from Iwagakure who was kidnapped by Amegakure shinobi during the Third Great Shinobi War and taken to the Land of Rain. After Nagato assumes the title of Pain, he takes notice of Yourichi's power. He gives Yourichi the alias, Hiroshi and then takes him to train. After Pain's death at the hands of Naruto, Hiroshi becomes the heir of the Rinnegan. He goes back to Amegakure and uses the corpses that Nagato has collected to create the Six Paths of Hiroshi. Hiroshi is a calm and serious man. Apparently believing his childhood trauma had enlightened him to the true meaning of suffering, he now considers himself a master of ninjutsu and far beyond the abilities of a mere human. He now seeks to show the world the meaning of suffering by using an ultimate weapon to deter future wars by means similar to "mutually assured destruction."
